About me
I'm Nicole-Olga Pulpea, Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor (MRICS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), based in Bucharest.
Before working for tenants, I spent a decade on the other side — as the person structuring the lease, setting the terms, and negotiating on behalf of landlords and developers across Romania.
